Events

No event is ever too large or too small for a performance by Alba Re-enactment. Since l995 the Trust has performed at hundreds of events and the following are just a very small selection to give people an idea of what type of events the Trust has covered in the past:

Weddings

Have you ever thought of having something that is really different on your Special Day? Something that not only the Bride and Groom will enjoy but a bit of entertainment for your Guests which is totally unique to Alba Re-enactment & Clan Heritage Trust and we can guarantee that your Guests will thoroughly enjoy our performance.

Since l995 we have performed many times at Weddings when the couple wanted a real Scottish feel to their Special Day. Alba comes along at the time specified by the couple, do their performance which is approx 25 mins, then they carry out their unique Claymore Ceremony (a very old Scottish Custom) and the spotlight is put back on the Bride and Groom who are then given a small keepsake. Alba then disappears allowing the whole wedding party to enjoy this personal occasion.

Schools

Throughout the years Alba Re-enactment & Clan Heritage Trust has done a lot of work with Schools. Teachers educate the children and Alba is able to give the children a unique hands-on experience to help them understand and enjoy their curriculum projects much better. As you can see from the photographic images we even let the children dress in period outfits and they don't half enjoy the experience!!!
